Full ironman triathlon distances are a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile run.

Turn in your record sheet by July 8th to get your award for completing this part of the Family Fitness Challenge.
This is part of our new quarterly family fitness program! We encourage participants to train for the two week triathlon by riding bikes, swimming, walking or running. Use your imagination during your training. Take the family to the pool to play water games, do some water aerobics or do swim races. Take a bike ride on the bike/running path through Richfield or down by Big Rock Candy Mountain. Walk or run around the track, around your neighborhood or somewhere in the beautiful mountains that surround us. Have fun during your training for this program! You can choose either half ironman distances or full ironman distances to complete the Two-Week Triathlon challenge.
